Training on Perinatal Intimate Partner Violence (Webinar)

Hosted by Mid-Coastal California Perinatal Outreach Program, the webinar aimed to:

  • Increase awareness of the intersection of perinatal intimate partner violence (IPV), mental health, and negative health outcomes.
  • Equip professionals with trauma- and resilience-informed tools to identify, support and refer perinatal patients.
  • Highlight integrated IPV response strategies emphasizing innovation, high-quality care, and survivor-led design.
  • Provide an update on California Department of Health Care Services' support for IPV screening.
